Increase both Technology Readiness Level and Commercial Readiness Level of the spin out, prior to Silicon Valley Research and Innovation Days 2021 event.
FORMAT:
1:1 weekly sessions
CONTENT:
Customer Discovery: Who is your customer? What is the problem you solve for them? Who to interview and how? We will identify and interview potential clients.
Value Proposition / Product Market Fit: How to position the technology in the market.
Business Development: Business Development, Partnerships and Advisory Board development.
Go To Market Strategy: Branding and Marketing strategy. Online media (web, social media). PR.
Legal Support (USA): Patent review. Free legal templates for USA territory (NDA, MNDA, Contractor Agreement, Advisory Board Agreement, New Hire Agreement) drafted by one of the top USA legal firms Pillsbury Law.
TIMELINE:
Application deadline: September 30, 2020.
Interviews: October 07, 2020 - October 23, 2020
Decision: October 31, 2020.
Mentoring sessions: November 2020 - May 2021
Application process
There are two phases to apply for the mentoring program:
Submit an initial description of your technology by filling out this form by September 30, 2020.
Applicants who pass the initial screening stage will be notified by October 7, 2020. They will have one week to submit a 10-slide pitch deck following the format below. Virtual interviews will take place October 12-23, 2020.
Mentoring program participants will be notified by October 31, 2020.
